1. Scope of Services

Aashirvaad Nursing Care provides home nursing, patient care assistants (GDAs), medical attendants, and medical equipment rental/sale as supportive homecare. Our staff work under the directives of the patient's primary treating doctor and follow prescribed clinical instructions.

2. Equipment Rental Terms & Security Deposit

Medical equipments (Oxygen Concentrators, BiPAP, Ventilators, Hospital Beds, Suction Machines) rented from ANC Care remain the property of ANC Care. Rented machines must be maintained in good working condition. The security deposit is 100% refundable upon equipment inspection and return.

3. Staff Replacement Policy

If a client is not satisfied with the assigned caregiver for any reason, ANC Care guarantees a replacement caregiver within 12 to 24 hours without any additional replacement fees.

4. Emergency Medical Situations

In the event of an acute medical emergency requiring hospital admission or intensive intervention, the family and attending nurse are advised to immediately contact the local hospital ambulance services while informing ANC Care support desk.
